Scott, KS to the west and Nevada, MO to the east, this property is perfect for hunting groups in Southwest MO/Southeast KS, or a family looking to enjoy the country. Our newly remodeled century farmhouse is conveniently located just 1 mile outside Appleton City. You can experience the country but are still close to town. We have bedrooms upstairs so the kids can have their own space. We have basketball and other outdoor sports for kids. Wifi is available. We are close to the ballfield, tennis court and swimming pool. There is plenty of parking space. We also have a small firepit available. Plenty of room to sit and relax outside and enjoy the country.

The Carriage House, Suites 1 & 2

Escape to the countryside and unwind in our peaceful apartments overlooking the lake. Just a short drive from town, this cozy retreat is perfect for anyone seeking quiet relaxation and fresh air. The Lone Oak

Reconnect with nature at The Lone Oak, part of our working cattle ranch. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night from the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it. The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Hazel's Place

Hazel’s Place is a two bedroom two bathroom home that is handicap/wheelchair accessible. It has a queen bed and one twin bed in each bedroom. Also available for rent are 10x10 horse stalls with 10x20 turnouts. You will need to provide your own hay, feed, bedding, buckets for water and feed. You are required to clean your own stalls. This is a working farm with horses, dogs and cats. The owner lives in a house next door.

Leroy’s Lodge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! No neighbors in sight. Enjoy watching tv and playing games inside or take advantage of the front and back patios. 2 stocked ponds with mowed paths for catch and release fishing and plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities. The start of the driveway is rugged but the remainder of the property delivers peace and tranquility!
