Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

1 bed Peaceful unit, private deck, feed the sheep!

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Tamar Rest

This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local vino on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

Spoil yourself! Completely restored 1950's cottage on historic York Cove. Water views from every living area. Easy walk along foreshore to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable, fully fitted kitchen and European laundry. Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with two large bedrooms with queen size double beds. Being an Uber Driver Patrick also offers great value Airport pickup/drop-off and local taxi service

Our cosy and compact studio is a bright, sunny space suitable for either a couple or a single traveler. The studio's spacious undercover deck in a quiet, park-like setting extends and enhances the living space. It's a great place to sink into a comfy chair with a book or enjoy a delicious BBQ. A comprehensive shopping centre within easy walking distance means that you won't need to go far to stock up on all essential supplies and services. Anyone for golf?

Lalla Flower Cottage - famous garden, wine region

Restored century old cottage set on very private 30 acres with direct walking access to the adjoining majestic Lalla Flower Farm (100 acres of historic gardens). Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region. Lalla Flower Cottage is a beautiful country Tasmanian retreat with two cosy living spaces with wood fires, privacy and loads of charm.
