Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Little Trelyn is an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the idyllic Cornish village of Rock. This lovely home offers a relaxed base from which to explore North Cornwall. The light and airy open plan living and dining room is a wonderful space to socialise with your group, with patio doors leading out to the back garden, allowing in the sounds of nature from the nearby fields. Porthilly Cove and Rock beach are both within walking distance, along with pubs and restaurants.

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. Traditional but spacious Cornish cottage just over 5 minutes walk from the very quiet beach - Porthilly Cove - and 10 minutes walk from amazing shops to include bakery, butcher, fishmonger, general stores, clothes & homeware shops and newsagents. Off road parking for 2- 3 cars and plenty of outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. In June, July and August check in day must be on a Friday due to house keeper availability.
