With over 300 feet of shoreline, this is one of the largest waterfront homes on the lake. A private boat dock with plenty of room for gathering, a 2 story deck and all the amenities - this is the perfect spot for a family and friend getaway. The house is close to a launch ramp and the long, flat driveway allows for easy access for boat trailers and lots of vehicles. All you need for a perfect lake vacation! The kitchen is very well- appointed for all your needs. Bedrooms have comfy mattresses with fresh sheets and towels for each bathroom. 4 bed, 2 bath on ATV route in Rocky top Tennessee. Large carport. This building was home of Lake City country kitchen for years, this building still looks like a storefront and is no luxury home but is cozy and being on the ATV route you can unload your side-by-side or four wheeler’s or whatever you have and ride them just a few blocks to the trails going up to Windrock . When you get hungry or need fuel there are several restaurants and gas stations there on the ATV route you can ride to.

The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.
