Has a back enclosed patio that includes a stainless steel grill and hood and a mini fridge. Back yard has a large dog run for your pets. I have painstakingly remodeled this entire house to ensure it showcases its former beauty with a modern touch. Wood floors, high ceilings, updated electric, modern heating and cooling and a beautiful updated bathroom with a rain shower. Located just a short drive to the historic district .
