Bear's Eye View sleeps 6 & has 2 bdrms (comfortable beds) 1.5 baths w/a Queen size sofa sleeper. A/C throughout. GREAT LOCATION!! We are located just 1/2 mile from mid-town Ruidoso where you will find plenty of shopping & dining & Approx. 10 minutes from the turnoff to Ski Apache. During the summer months there is a heated outdoor pool, horseshoe pit & BBQ grill in the common area

Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a futon sofa bed in the living area. Save money by cooking in the kitchenette. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

Cover picture is a great reference for the architecture of the complex and the meticulously maintained grounds. Multi story unit accommodates 10 with back patio facing the mountain. Spacious entertaining area, game room and hot tub. Walking distance to the golf course, exercise track, playground, dog park and pickle ball courts!. Pets are welcome as long as they don't exceed 20 pounds.
