The garden is very large with both open grassy spaces and tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are all within easy reach

Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
