The + of the house: The thick walls and double glazing maintain a pleasant temperature in winter and summer. A skylight opening onto a well of light, illuminates the main room in an original way. The small pond in the middle of the garden has a small fountain which gives a relaxing Zen feel. The advantages of the village: very pretty views, very quiet village, a small restaurant / grocery store / bakery, provides food assistance and makes up for the laziness of cooking. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Le Moulin de Reynès a été construit en 1602, sur la rivière, au coeur d'une vallée préservée à quelques kilomètres de Céret. Il a fonctionné jusqu'aux années 1950 et est toujours en état de marche.
