Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Newly remodeled while still maintaining a rustic escape. Great central location - from Denver (35 min), skiing (50 min to WP and A Basin), Red Rocks (~ 20 min), Conifer (25 min).

The Bread House in Silver Plume

Stay in a living ghost town! The Bread House is one of the original houses in Silver Plume, dating back to the 1880s. Recently remodeled, it's been brought back to life and we'd love to share it with you. The Bread House is a quiet, two-story house with plenty of space to spread out. It's a perfect respite after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, or fishing, or just for a cozy getaway. We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.

Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Escape to the forest at Treehaus, your cozy mountain hideaway just 22 miles from Boulder and 6 miles from Nederland! Ski the snowy peaks at Eldora, only a 15 minute drive from Treehaus. Curl up by the fireplace with a good book or cook up a delicious meal in this sweet mountain spot! You'll have a chance to explore our 2.5 acres of forest trails, and wake up to the sound of the creek in our valley (depending on the season!) You might even meet a moose or a fox during your stay at Treehaus!
