It's a five minute walk to a long sandy surf beach, local pub, beach-front restaurant, and it links to the famous Cornish coastal walking path. It is ideally located for easy summer holidays of surfing, fishing and walking, and comes with wetsuits, surf boards and bodyboards and SUP board. The master bedroom and living area have ocean views, and in winter you can watch the waves rolling in by the wood-burning stove.

The solid granite cottage is believed to have been part of the only property to survive the Spanish raid on Mousehole in 1595. It is now a well equipped and comfortable holiday home with modern amenities. Mousehole has excellent visitor facilities, including a deli shop, two good restaurants and The Ship Inn.
