Recently renovated, this three-level house is bright and tastefully decorated, blending charm with modern comfort. It offers breathtaking views of Saint-Paul de Vence and the surrounding mountains. Outside, the cobblestone streets and Mediterranean greenery create a unique and poetic atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway, an artistic retreat, or simply a moment of pure relaxation.

Ce logement indépendant, classé en Meublés de Tourisme 2*, se situe dans le grand jardin arboré des propriétaires (couple charmant). Nous résidons dans le parc Santa Lucia, domaine résidentiel de St Raphael. Notre villa et cette petite maison sont dans un grand jardin, calme, à 2 pas de la mer (3 minutes à pied). Le cadre y est très agréable, reposant. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Tout est fait pour y passer un séjour 100% détente. Palmiers, tortues, chats, ombre, soleil, piscine ( à partager)...

Lieu renommé parmi les plus beaux endroits de la côte d'Azur La petite Léontine a été rénovée en 2023 et décorée selon nos inspirations liées à nos voyages dans les îles. Son jardin verdoyant et calme tire bénéfice d'une source d'eau.
