This chef table experience will allow you to taste, feel and learn about Dominican gastronomy. Prepare to be taken on a culinary journey! When you arrive at our home, you will enjoy a welcome cocktail created with fresh local ingredients, while learning about cacao and its process from seed to cocao bar, in its traditional way. After the product presentation, we will prepare a 7 course tasting menu for you which you will enjoy on the terrace of our Atilier. Chef Luis creates each dish around the Dominican culture. Each ingredient is fresh and straight from our local sources or prepared in house as part of our artesenal ingredient production giving this meal a healthy and homemade farm to table feel. Please Note: Drinks are NOT included. ONLY 1 welcome cocktail included in the price. This is a TASTING MENU, which means it is served as small portions to taste and explore different creations. It is NOT a la carte, so we cannot make changes to the menu. Unless for reasons of allergies or intolerances. Just an FYI: We are a VERY pet friendly property. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats. Please let us know if you are not pet friendly and we are happy to put our furbabies away for the night.

El día empieza a las 9:00 cuando nos encontraremos al muelle de Samaná y nos subiremos al catamarán. Aquí podrán disfrutar de un cómodo y divertido viaje en catamaran con refrigerio NO alcoolico incluido (agua, coca cola y sprite) acompañados de nuestro staff que habla varios idiomas. Después de 45 minutos de navegación llegaremos al Parque Nacional Los Haitises, donde visitaremos sus místicas cuevas tainas donde todavía se pueden encontrar pintogramas antiguos. En Los Haitises se pueden observar tres diferentes tipos de manglares (blanco, negro y rojo). Después de la visita a una pequeña playa, empezaremos el recorrido hacia el Cayo Levantado pasando por la Isla de Las Aves, donde podrán observar diferentes tipos de aves. Después de 45 minutos de navegación en catamaran llegaremos al maravilloso Cayo Levantado. Aquí disfrutaremos de un rico almuerzo con pescado, pollo, ensalada, pasta, arroz, tostones, fruta y bebidas. Y después de almuerzo? Un buen baño o una rica siesta en la paradisíaca playa del Cayo Levantado. Alrededor de la 16 de la tarde volveremos al muelle de Samaná para desembarcar de nuestro catamarán después de un día lleno de aventuras y recuerdos maravillosos. El catamarán tiene asientos para grupo de 35-60. La bebida del almuerzo es una bebida no alcoolica ( agua o coca cola). El catamarán que usamos tiene espacio para un grupo de 35-60 personas.

This is a social project with the NGO Projects for Children. El Salto del Limon is a waterfall in the middle of a valley in the province of Samaná (Dominican Republic). The Walk lasts around 2h (1h one way + 30min return + 30min relax). you will walk along a hike beginner level path, explaining the local tree species (pineapple, coconut, cocoa, almonds) and seeing and tasting its fruits. You can swim in the two waterfalls and take pictures. On the way back, you will be able to eat typical food (rice with chicken, beans and salad) with a family from the community and learn how these powerful women live from their natural environment. Es un recorrido fácil, aunque en algunas pocas ocasiones puede ser demandante solo por una empinada colina que la haremos despacio y aprendiendo del lugar. Si estás cansado de hacer excursiones donde ves y vives lo mismo que todos los turistas, tienes que vivir esta experiencia. Es una excursión que si estás en Samaná o en Las Terrenas es visita obligada. Podrás visitar la Cascada del Limón con un guía local, con más de 10 años de experiencia haciendo esa ruta. Saldremos desde la zona del café, elegimos está ruta porque las vistas son más espectaculares y la cascada se ve desde la montaña de enfrente, quedando una panorámica súper bonita. En el camino se probaran diferentes frutas, dependiendo de la época del año, como coco de agua, piña, cacao. Y se oleran diferentes plantas, como la hoja de naranja, timacle, orégano etc. Una experiencia única, no solo para ver la Cascada del Limón, si no para conocer los frutos, plantas, vegetación y aves de la zona. Se recomienda calzado cómodo y deportivo, se cruzaran ríos y zonas con barro La excursión incluye comida criolla Dominicana y una bebida a elegir entre agua o refresco, que se hará al finalizar la excursión en uno de los restaurantes de la zona para coronar el día, o bien antes de salir si la excursión se hiciera por la tarde. La ruta tiene una dificultad baja-media y la excursión dura aproximadamente 2:30h con 30min para descansar.

En nuestro camino, llegaremos a un pintoresco rancho donde nos prepararemos para el siguiente capítulo: un paseo a caballo hacia la maravillosa CASCADA EL LIMON, brindándonos la oportunidad de sumergirnos en sus aguas durante hasta una hora. Durante el trayecto hacia la cascada, cada participante contará con un guía que les proporcionará información detallada sobre la ruta. De regreso de LA CASCADA EL LIMON, deleite su paladar con un delicioso almuerzo típico dominicano. Posterior al almuerzo, la segunda parte del tour nos reserva más aventura mientras atravesamos el centro del pueblo para llegar a la paradisiaca playa Morón. Disfrute de un refrescante baño en las cálidas aguas de esta hermosa playa. Tras concluir el baño en playa Morón, nos dirigimos de vuelta al punto inicial para poner fin a esta inolvidable jornada llena de experiencias emocionantes y paisajes cautivadores.

Entrada a los museos de botánica, Caminata por el Jardin Japones y visita a santuarios naturales dentro del jardin que solos los nativos de la localidad conocemos, como "La Gran Cañada".

Explore Las Terrenas hills and their surroundings by running. We have plenty of beautiful nature in close proximity to the center of Las Terrenas, but as a tourist it is not always easy to find the way. Leave the noisy city center for a while and see the true beauty of this tourist destination, we will run by one of the most beautiful beaches of Samaná, Playa Coson, famous for having the "blue flag" qualification, we will run sometimes by dirt roads and alternate with asphalt stretches, we will run through the sand to the end of Coson beach and we will go up a flight of stairs until we reach the point with the best view, there we will marvel and you will be able to take a beautiful postcard. Then we will explore the mountains a little further up and down through the Caribbean vegetation. We will go down to the starting point crossing a river arriving by the beach. It´s a simple and little technical route, especially made to enjoy a short training of 6-12 km, where you run at your own pace, speed is not important. We will stop when you need it to drink or refresh ourselves. Other things to note: - We will have the pace run you want, - It could be rainy, sunny and with a lot of humidity. - We recommend wearing trail shoes. - We will provide water, isotonic, sunscreen - While a hydration pack or Camelbak makes things more efficient, a standard water bottle will work

One of the most amazing places in our Santo Domingo city is the 3 eyes Caves National Park. Discover with me the nature of the beautiful micro rainforest, the history of the aboriginal people that once used the caves, take a ride in the man pulled raft to discover the hidden 4th lake. Watch the sunrise or sunset in El Limon Waterfall and feel the soul of old Tainos. We'll walk 1.5-mile(2,5 km) among palm trees crossing a small river. We will stop at the top of the mountain to enjoy el Limon Waterfall getting to know the rural Dominican culture, enjoying the different sounds of the waterfall and drinking a delicious organic coffee in front of a bonfire. Sunrise Hike (6:30am) Your guide will be Cesar. You will walk early in the morning before the sunrise with the sounds of the wild nature and we will arrive to have breakfast Sunset Hike (4:30pm) You will walk in the evening before the sunset and have dinner with the family of Cesar If you come on full moon, the experience will be EVEN MORE AMAZING! (All the Experiences are for 2 People Minimum, if you are alone, you need a group this day or book for 2 people) - Is the hike hard? This hike is rated "easy".
