Whether you're staying in our cozy cabin or one-of-a-kind air-conditioned teepee, you'll be surrounded by nature, recreation, and local goodness. From peaceful mornings on the trails to pickleball, poolside relaxation, and a welcoming gathering atmosphere, there's a little something for everyone here. Nature lovers, adventure seekers, and gatherers alike will feel right at home.

We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Ready for an escape? Come relax on the San Marcos River. Easy access to the river where you can hangout and swim or float. Enjoy scenic camping alone with over 40 acre access to natural walking trails with private views of nature. Fish the river, bbq, outside picnics, tubing, campfires, workout in nature or just relax in the river or a hammock. Bring a tent for the kids or friends. Tubes available upon request. Land is private access only, no other guest, stay will be secluded and personal.
