Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Renovated ground floor suite with private bathroom, bedroom with king-size bed and back room with table, microwave, and fridge (NO kitchen). Up to 2 extra guests can sleep on the (king-size) daybed in the back room. We are in the Excelsior neighborhood, two blocks away from Mission Street with many restaurants, cafes, etc. Easy access to the whole of San Francisco and local airports. Street parking is free, but there is NO GUARANTEED PARKING SPOT. Please read the notes and check the floorplan!

Solo travelers ONLY. Stay here in your safe and comfortable home away from home in your own private room and ensuite. NOTE: I have a friendly dog (that barks cuz she's excited) behind a gate - you won't have to interact with her. Please note these 3 important rules: 1. ONE person only. No guests, no exceptions. 2. Use of bedroom and bathroom only. No use of living room and kitchen. 3. If you're coming in after 10pm, you do your utmost to be very very very quiet! *female travelers only.*

At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
