We provide Wi-fi, towels, instant coffee, tea, and snack. More amenities for you to use: TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer & electric kettle.

Enjoy Victorian houses and tree-lined walks to coffee shops, parks, restaurants, fitness studios, events, work, and easy access to public transit for all the sightseeing.

Luxury garden suite w/ private entrance, private bathroom, and hot tub in one of SF's hottest neighborhoods - the Mission. No shared spaces in this quiet Inner Mission one-bedroom w/ large living room, Xfinity, Apple TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi. Lots of room to spread out & relax. Strict cleaning regimen incl 30-min UVC light treatment per room, min 24-hour vacancy, sterile wipe down of all common surfaces. Garden studio oasis w/ kitchenette & private entry

Cosy, comfortable, and quiet unit with direct access to a lovely garden. 10 min. from the airport, 30 min. from downtown via express bus. Well-connected, sunny neighborhood. Free street parking. Views of the bay, mature redwood trees, easy to get to attractions. Walking distance to bustling food corridor, with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, ATMs, pharmacy, salons, library, and more. Blocks from largest park in the city with sweeping views, historic greenhouses, and unique Freeway Greenway.

Nymph Studio & Gardens

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.

Private, modern Central Sunset suite

Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
