It's a cozy & peaceful property just outside of town giving you a secluded & private experience but close enough to town to enjoy all the fun activities San Marcos has to offer. There is a fantastic disc golf course at the end of the road, a shooting range, art center, the San Marcos river for a day on the water & Yoga/Healing Center nearby!

A home away from home :) Come relax in the heart of San Marcos in this cozy one-story house. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown San Marcos and 15 minutes from the river and the Premium Outlets. Perfect for a staycation or visiting college graduates! We have a fully-equipped kitchen area, free washer and dryer, and a patio area to relax. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress.
