Luminoso y acogedor apartamento situado en una zona tranquila,muy cercana a la calle Alcalá, que es una de las calles mas comerciales de Madrid, y muy cerca también se encuentra la emblemática plaza de toros de la Ventas, con parada de autobús en la misma puerta que te desplaza al centro de la ciudad en 15 minutos y con parada de metro en tal solo 5 minutos. Un barrio muy agradable con todo tipo de comercios y servicios, supermercados,parques,etc. La limpieza es por sábanas y toallas .

We offer an apartment with excellent connections to the center of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from El Carmen metro station. It’s comfortable, functional, and fully equipped. We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.
