En el jardín y terraza se puede disfrutar de hamacas, sofás y zona de comedor, además de una barbacoa, ducha exterior y piscina. El interior de la casa es muy espacioso, se divide en dos plantas: en la planta baja hay un salón doble, un comedor, una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño. En la planta superior hay 3 dormitorios dobles y 2 baños.

NO se permite fiestas ni eventos (se tiene detectores de ruido monitorizado por proveedor de seguridad externo).
