This newly built studio apartment (Winner of 2019 Historic Preservation Award) is a centrally located accommodation for guests who love to walk or for those who want to have a more urban experience in Santa Fe. We are equidistant to the Railyard District, Canyon Road, and the Downtown Historic Plaza. It is about a 15 minute walk to each from the apartment. Due to its location, this unit does get a fair amount of street noise and also, there is no oven, only a small toaster oven for countertop.

Baca St is Centrally located, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. We are in a local arts area.
