5 minutes from the center of Aosta and from the motorway toll booth, at the beginning of the Gran San Bernardo Valley Strategic location for access to ski facilities and mountain walks and visit castles. Playground 100 meters away. Apartment in a single house for 5 people with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with sofa bed. Green area of relevance, Private parking and garage for ski, bike and motorbike storage. Food and bank at 300 meters. Bus stop 50 meters away.

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

Small apartment for a lovely stay in Courmayeur

The apartment is bright and cosy. It has been renewed in January and the furniture is made with wood and it is well equipped. The sofa bed is normal size (160 cm x 190 cm) and comfortable. The kitchen is small but you will have a dishwasher and a microwave at your disposal. Wi fi is now available for the guests. Great news !!!!! A new Murphy bed is now available!!!
