Villa Spilia

Villa Spilia is one of the most dramatic and unique homes in Naxos. Spilia (means cave in Greek) is a stone villa built into the mountain in one of the most sought after and private areas of Naxos. The immaculate view of Chora Town, the sea, and neighboring islands make this a perfect and peaceful vacation retreat. The modern single floor design has a large bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a guest room with a separate bathroom. Garden and pool can be accessed from both bedrooms.

Η ανεμπόδιστη η θέα στην Πορτάρα, μνημείο σύμβολο του νησιού, με το ξακουστό, μαγευτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα, και όλο το Αιγαίο να απλώνεται μπροστά σου κάνουν την διαμονή στο Ma Μer μοναδικά αξέχαστη.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

True eagle's nest, the house offers a panoramic view of the sea and Paros. It has a large terrace with a 32m² swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area with a hard table for 8 people and a large electric plancha. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Last house on the top of Avlia hill : highest & nicest view of the hill !
