Welcome to “The Casita Bonita” The pretty little house on 130 acres of pure bliss. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. You have the TV room next to the kitchen on the right side. You have Wi-Fi. Wheelchair accessibility ramp and there is a small gate that leads you to the small dog park area. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two Bedrooms one queen and one full. Cot available. Has heating and air, Theater seating for two and two parking spaces.

This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Graceland in Memphis, The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Discovery Park in Union City, and nature’s wonder Reelfoot Lake in Tiptonville, TN, are all day trip excursions! Looking for something closer, Beech Bend Park and Picnic area is just a short 6.1 miles away. Decaturville with its small town feel has much to offer with festivals and various street happenings throughout the year.
