Located on the canal w/ swim deck, ladder and dog ramp. 2 kayaks to use in the canal (We have adult life jackets only). Lots of outdoor space to enjoy fishing/swimming from the deck or under the house away from the sun. There are underwater lights in the canal for great night fishing. The cute "Yellow Gator" cottage with amazing views is in Galveston's Sea Isle community. It's a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 (with queen sleeper sofa). The house with boat dock and hot/cold outdoor shower is just 100 meters from West Galveston Bay, easily accessed by the canal. Easy 1000 meters walk/drive to the beach (parking available). Fishing is fantastic in this area even from the dock. 25 minute drive to city of Galveston. The neighborhood has a full service marina, restaurant and bar.

Canal Breeze is a 3/2.5 dog friendly fenced beautiful fully stocked canal home that sleeps 8, located in Sea Isle. Catch fish and crabs from the backyard! Bring your boat and launch it from the neighborhood ramp and keep it in the slip/lift at the house. This home is owner managed. We live in the neighborhood and will be on call for the duration of your stay. We take pride in the cleanliness and maintenance required of a Galveston house on the water. Downstairs is fenced-in with access to stairs and has a charcoal grill available for use.
