Our PUBLIC Beach access is RARE. There is NO PARKING so it is always quieter than any other access points. All beach necessities provided. Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.

Perfect location with walkability to great restaurants, Farmers markets, Shops, yoga studio & within 15 mins to Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach, plenty of great shops, food, and a fun Beachy aesthetic. "Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

Blue Marlin is a family friendly home with everything you’ll need for an easy relaxing vacation away from home! Its about a half mile down the street from the public beach access to our beautiful beach. We are set away in a cozy quiet area but still centrally located in Santa Rosa Beach. We are one and a half miles from Seaside. It’s a very easy bike ride or walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also have some of the best golf courses! We look forward to hosting you 😎

‘Flip Flops in Paradise’ is a great two bedroom two bathroom bungalow located in the heart of Seagrove, just a few blocks away from beautiful beaches! This newly renovated bungalow is fully furnished, has all the charm and feel of a relaxing ultimate vacation at the beach. Come and enjoy this fabulous 30A location (close to absolutely everything), includes community swimming, pool and grills for grilling out located at the pool area as well. Minimum rental age is 25.
