Vineyard Villa Cottage

Vineyard Villa is a 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom cottage built in 1910. It is situated on a 2-acre property, and is separated from the main farmhouse by rows of grapevines. The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbeque, fire pit and seating. Our cottage is in close proximity to the many activities in Sonoma.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Ideally located between the Sonoma and Napa Valley's you are 10 miles from Downtown Napa and 3.5 miles from the Sonoma Plaza. The Barn features a large chefs kitchen with viking appliances, 2 large bedrooms with a king and queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room and a patio over lookings the Vineyards. This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. The house is open and spacious with outside decks for entertaining, and for enjoying the fresh air and the peaceful quiet. Set for 4 guests but can easily accommodate 6-8.
