Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Lovingly renovated in 2021, our cozy get-away is only two blocks from the beach and three from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Broadway. This suite features three skylights in the main area, flooding the space with natural light, with an additional skylight in the bathroom. The space includes a kitchenette with a quaint dining area. Relax in the king-size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, ideal for unwinding as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. This unit offers a love seat that unfolds to reveal a comfortable twin bed for an additional guest. This room does not allow pets.

300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. Resplendent with Beach Décor, my Pet Friendly Studio is located in a small (15 units) property at the quiet north end of the Prom, yet just a short 15 minute stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.

1925 stylish home with 3 beds, 1 den, and 2 full baths is just a few steps to the promenade and beach, and all that the main drag of Seaside has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, wine bars, brew pubs, arcade, bumper cars, etc. Smaller dogs ok, contact owner. Go golfing, crabbing, fishing, clamming, hiking, zip lining, go carts, surfing, biking! Or stay at home and play board games, or corn hole, no need to go anywhere!
