Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.

Our newly-renovated apartment (80m2) with 2 balconies in Seget Donji, located only 100 meters from the beach, with secured free parking, air-conditioning, washer and other ammenities can comfortably take up to 5 guests. All areas of the apartment are air-conditioned which allows you to have a cool rest that you need, before or after going to the beach.

Villa is situated on a perfect location, right to the small beach for our guests, 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and tourist boats stops 50 meters from Villa and drive to Trogir and Split. This year we changing it's exterior, large svimming pool (8m x4m) in a front of Villa, started to works in April 2019.
