Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
