There is a 2 nite min. stay for most weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, movie channels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, big yard. No pets or small children.

Fox Den is a fully furnished 600 sq ft studio loft apartment with all the amenities that you could need. Eat out or cook in our kitchenette. Step out the large glass doors onto the deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. Easy walk to everything you need right in the village - restaurants, grocery, wine, barber, post office, library! Beautiful walking trails in the woods are just around the corner. Located a quick 15 minute drive to either Syracuse or Cortland.

The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road.
