The surrounding area (110,000 acres) provides plentiful & diverse opportunities, including hiking, horseback riding, golfing, biking, bonfires, bird watching, off-road vehicle adventures, & some of the best hunting in the country.

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is walking distance away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of room to park your boat. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The outside sitting area is a peaceful oasis with the view of the cattle and horse farm. An outside outlet is available for charging your boat. Bike, walking trails, and a marina are all within 1. 4 miles. Downtown shopping area is 5 minutes away. Roku and wifi are available.

King bed and pet friendly- 2 miles from Highway 65

This 12x30 tiny home has one bedroom, one bathroom, living area, kitchen area and lots of outdoor space. There is plenty of parking near the cabin in the front of the tiny home and plenty of boat trailer parking and turn around area. The backyard is spacious and has a great view.
