Rollaway beds in the closets. Sofabed in great room. Washer, Dryer are available for your use. We are only 10 minutes from I-77 and I-81 freeway. Innkeepers live on site.

Ready for a rustic getaway? Our unique rental is located in a working horse barn and wedding venue in the peace and quiet of the country, and less than 5 minutes from I-77! Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

Wake up surrounded by trees, take your coffee to the screened porch, spend the afternoon wandering the private trail or soaking in the hot tub, then light the wood stove as the sky fills with stars. Squeeze in the last moments of summer or plan your fall escape. The surrounding Blue Ridge forests turn brilliant with color, and you can enjoy the changing landscape without leaving your own mountaintop.

Beautiful 1900 family farmhouse with lots of breathing room! This amazing no pet fee dog friendly piece of heaven is 14 secluded acres on the eastern edge of our farm, founded in 1760. Beautiful meadows, forest, springs, creek and pond. Pet friendly. We love doggy visitors! Hike over the farm, anf large fenced meadows. Enjoy the fire pit. Have a really large group? Add Sunrise Cottage and Meadows, also on the farm. Or Middleside Farmhouse, likewise on the farm.

4 bedroom 2 bathroom historic farmhouse built @1815 but updated with modern amenities. Private and peaceful location in the middle of a 100+ acre working farm, the property is surrounded by hayfields and rolling hills and includes spacious front and back yards. The house includes a front porch, back deck, and fire pit where you can enjoy spectacular views of farmland and the Iron Mountain range, a perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

Note: The cabin is newly constructed and there are a few cosmetic items like interior trim to be completed.

Front porch and back deck. Playhouse for children. The surrounding acreage is rented to a hunter. There are many lovely hiking trails nearby.
