Die zu vermietenden Räumlichkeiten befinden sich auf zwei Stockwerken. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Farbfernseher, Radio, WiFi. Badezimmer mit Lavabo, WC, Dusche; zusätzlich kleines Badezimmer im ersten Stock (mit Lavabo und WC). Je nach Belegungszahl stehen bis zu drei Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung. Im Keller: Waschmaschine und reichlich Abstellmöglichkeiten (z.B. für Fahrräder, Skis). Parkplatz beim Haus. Gartensitzplatz und Grillmöglichkeit (Sommer).

The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.
