Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Spacious and cozy loft on the ground floor of an old traditional house in the beautiful and quaint core of Splügen. Small outdoor terrace to dine at the sound of a stream. A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

Meine Unterkunft ist familienfreundliche und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der komfortablen Betten,den beiden Küchen, dem Ausblick und der Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer hat es ein Sitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Familien (mit Kindern) und kleine Gruppen. Nächstes Skigebiet ist in Splügen (5 Min. mit dem Auto)
