The Mt Sequoyah Woods Trailhead is just ½ mile down the street, with great trails for hiking, jogging, or mountain biking.

Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.
