Located in the historic 101 Rancho, this cozy apartment is part of an ongoing restoration of this famous pitstop. The area surrounding the building is open for visitors to enjoy, including access to the Virgin River, and private access to walking paths and the river.

We back up to The Virgin River behind the house and thousands of acres of BLM land with plenty of trails for mountain biking and hiking just out your door! So quiet and private away from the noise just listen to the river and enjoy the views while sipping coffee or cocktails on the patio. I live upstairs if needed.

Hurricane is a great place for outdoors enthusiasts. Atv riding is legal on the road, from our location to your trailhead. We are a half hour scenic drive to Zion National Park. There's hiking trails throughout Hurricane and St. George. We are 10 minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs. Kolob reservoir is just an hour away, if you enjoy camping and fishing. There are several golf courses 10 minutes away. 50 minutes away is Brianhead ski resort. 35 minutes from Tuachan Ampitheatre.
