Access to the upper floor is through a shared main entrance that leads to 2 independent units. Each unit occupies its own side of the building, ensuring total privacy and your own exclusive space once inside. As this is a working HVAC shop during the day, you may see some equipment in the area outside.

Fifteen minutes from Solomons Island (home of the Tiki Bar). An hour or so from DC, Annapolis and Waldorf.
