It is situated just 50 metres from the waters edge on a quiet, private site. Enjoy the peace & quiet and forest or lochside walks. In Summer enjoy easy access to the loch and beach which is great for watersports and outdoor activities or take trips away to explore Ben Lomond & The Trossachs or the surrounding countryside and West Highland Way.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet peaceful surroundings beside a small stream and looking out over Loch Lomond. Situated in a private holiday lodge estate at the foot of Ben Lomond looking over Loch Lomond to the mountains beyond. There is a sandy beach just in front of the lodge. My place is good for couples, families and pets. Rowardennan is on the quieter eastern shores of Loch Lomond at the foot of Ben Lomond. There are NO shops in Rowardennan but online groceries can be delivered.

Historic Lochside Woodside Tower

Woodside is a stunning 1850s Victorian mansion. The beautifully renovated top floor apartment has two bedrooms and private bathroom. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Waterfront Boathouse

The Boathouse Cottage is situated on the Eastern shore of Loch Lomond on The West Highland Way. Set within one acre of secluded garden, with over 100 meters of loch foreshore, a boat slipway, and a jetty. It is an original 18 th Century croft building uniquely converted into an open plan layout to sleep 3 persons. It retains many traditional features including a roll-top bath (no shower) and wood-burning stove, as well as modern conveniences such as underfloor heating.
