This stunning gatehouse has been tastefully renovated and in the middle of our picturesque 4,000 acre estate. It is deceptively large sleeping four people with two bathrooms. A perfect base to explore the highlands and cities of Scotland (Edinburgh and Glasgow one hour drive, Stirling 40 minutes, St Andrew's 90 minutes, Highlands, 5 minutes). We are close to many attractions like Drummond Castle Gardens, Scone Palace and fabulous golf courses including Gleneagles hotel, Crieff and St Fillans.

Set in the beautiful countryside of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, this is an ideal base for active or relaxing breaks. Walks and cycling trails start at the door. Lochs Achray and Venachar are within walking distance, spectacular Loch Katrine is just 10 minutes away by car while historic Stirling is within easy reach. Upstairs are two bright, ensuite bedrooms (one standard UK double, one king or twin). Downstairs is an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and wet room.

Our spacious suites have floor to ceiling windows with spectacular south facing views straight down the centre of Loch Lomond. The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
