Guests enjoy exclusive use of the full apartment, including a large living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request for an extra fee.

Cinnamon Annex

The modern space includes a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV and kitchenette with living space on the ground floor. The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

Quiet centrally-located upper flat, in great location. Easy access to village on foot across bridge , bus services to trains and motorway links to Manchester & Liverpool , close to Chester’s historic centre , on trans Pennine way , vibrant village full of shops and restaurants a walk over bridge. This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Situated on the main road through the village the cottage is less than a 1 minute walk to the local gastro pub. Just around the corner is the historic Bridgewater canal.

The Sunflower Annexe

Our beautifully decorated annexe is completely self-contained with its own front door, luxury kingsize bed, en-suite, small FreeSat TV and mini kitchen including hob, microwave and fridge. There is also access via patio doors to our large garden. Please note that babies are welcome, please bring your own travel cot. Free on street parking is available on a very wide, quiet road.
