Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2/3 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

Easy walking distance into city centre shopping, theatre & gallery also close to restaurants & bars. The beach & harbour a short drive away plus Royal Deeside on your doorstep. Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. The Lodge has an elevated view of the local countryside, quiet with lots of wildlife, but only a 5 minute walk to excellent local restaurants and a great pub with beer garden. AS 00998F

Explore the local area and see the seals at Newburgh beach just 2.5 miles away with adjoining golf course. On the farm there are cattle, sheep and arable crops. The grass fields surrounding Ewe View often are home to the cattle and sheep.
