It is locked off from upstairs & has it's own entrance. So 2 seperate units, 2 seperate entrances, but all under 1 roof. We will use the left side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via garage. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
