Licence # 6086 The Bowering House is a 1912 character home located in the heart of Summerland. The guest suite is located on the top floor of the home, with a separate entrance and parking. The location is walking distance to the town, pub, brewery and restaurants. Bottle neck drive wineries and cideries are just a short drive away. We are a 6 minute drive to the local beaches on okanagan lake. Summerland is a relaxing, hidden gem that has everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Quail Crossing-Summerland Guest House/Studio

This guest house features: a Queen Bed with duvet, flat screen TV, great free WIFI, Washer/Dryer in unit, walk in shower, 12x10 patio for your use with mountain views, AC, outdoor electric grill, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, and other small appliances. Please note that we do live on the property with our 3 young children; you may see or hear them outside. We also have chickens and a dog on the property. Short Term rental license #6148

Sparrows Nest

Welcome to “The Sparrows Nest” your vacation home away from home. Our home is located in Trout Creek, a 5 minute drive from the center of Summerland, 15 minutes to Penticton. The unit sleeps up to 5 people. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible but we ask for quiet time after 11 PM. This 2 level studio has a spacious living area with sofa plus sofa-bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 2 raised lofts with queen size beds.

The Treehouse Suite

The Tree House Suite Peachland Eagles Nest B&B, a place to fall in love, relax, think and plan. The Tree House suite is 440 sq. ft. and will accommodate 1 to 4 guests. The Treehouse Suite is attached to the main house. It is a totally separate and self-contained suite with a private entrance, private deck, full kitchen and laundry. You open the gate and step onto your private deck with an OMG view south of Lake Okanagan.
