Seashell, beach edge cottage

I'm proud to say my home was used in Season two of Apple tv's Bad Sister's (Grace's house)if your curious... For Seashell I wanted to create a sense of peace and calm. It is rustically natural where small details echo peace; a shell on a windowsill, a flower in a vase. The bed is a small double so it's intimate. I love considered interiors and styling spaces. It's beachy without being cliche. I hope you find rest and simplicity here. Seashell is tucked into what I believe is a perfect beach.

The Dream Barn, Moynalty Village, Kells. Meath.

This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Beautiful cottage all to yourself in Howth right beside the scenic cliff path. Ideal for couples/small families. Your own place in a lovely part of Howth. Enjoy amazing walks, delicious seafood or grab a pint and listen to some great music in one of the wonderful pubs. An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).

The cottage has a private garden at the back set within lush woodlands. It is located in the village of Manor Kilbride and there is an excellent local shop within a 5 minute walk. This cottage enjoys being close to the city but away from it all.
