Typical house completely renovated few years ago, keeping the style and peculiarities of greek . The house is spread over two floors and has a panoramic terrace where you can relax on warm evenings and starry. The house includes two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a reading room with an armchair sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen also looks out onto a small habitable terrace and shaded, with the Pedy bay view. The house is also equipped with heating and air conditioning. It is located in the heart of Chorio, the historical part of the island, namely in a quiet area. The area is pedestrian and characterized by many flight of steps with many peculiar cafes and excellent restaurants. Because of its location is particularly popular with people who enjoy to walk inserting in the landscape. Cars and motorcycles stop about 50 meters from the house.

Symi Uptown Carmine Sea View Terrace Studio

This restored property is located on a small square and one of the major streets of Chorion connecting the Agios Athanassios church with the neighbourhood of Lieni. The house maintains its original cobblestone floor and painted in yellow ochre and carmine tones. During the restoration, all the original decorative features were carefully preserved. The house features a terrace with stunning 360-degree views of Symi, a balcony, an old vaulted oven, an underground cistern and a vaulted basement.

Symi Uptown Indigo Sea View Garden Villa

This restored property near the church of Agios Athanassios at Chorion, used to be the house of a Symi folk painter, who decorated it with his unique style and painted in yellow ochre and indigo tones. During the restoration, all the original decorative features were carefully preserved. It is located in the island’s charming main village Chorio, nestled just above Kali Strata - the most scenic and historical street of the island. The house is situated just off the main square, with direct access to the street (no steps) with shops, restaurants and the bus stop a short walk away.

Aloustina's house is a 60sqm house in Chorio.It is fully furnished and fully equipped.The house is on two levels.Wooden stairs lead to the indoor balcony where there are two single beds.Downstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds,a dining room ,the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.There is also the tradition moussandra (wooden balcony) with a double bed. Outside the house there is a spacious yard where you can enjoy your meals and relax.
