Ideally located on Gray Street, Hamilton’s Main Street, you’ll be close to the lake, a hospital, a playground, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and just 2 minutes drive to the CBD.

St. Peter's Accommodation Cape Bridgewater

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on the 5th of August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction. This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

A nostalgic outpost at the southern gateway to Victoria's glorious Grampians mountain wilderness, Salt Creek Cottage is nestled in the heart of the historic township of Dunkeld, a gentle walk from the main street, shops, cafe's and the iconic Royal Mail Hotel. Our charismatic colonial-style cottage fondly known as 'Salty', is the perfect base camp for the epic walks of the Grampians National Park, her moody interior sets the scene for the perfect intimate getaway.

The Black Horse Inn - Coleraine

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen also full separate laundry. There is an electric 'log fire' heater as well as split systems in both the lounge and bedroom. Free wifi and built-in USB charger.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.
