Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Luxurious & Private Suite

This secondary in-law suite is attached to my house but has full amenities and doors that section off the suite from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a futon that can fold down into a full size bed, an optional queen air bed and a single folding cot. Our neighborhood has fantastic views: golf course, beautiful lakes surrounded by quiet walking trails, bike paths, lush green spaces and also a spectacular view of gorgeous oak trees... Enjoy a comfortable stay here!

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.
