Hytten ligger skjermet fra gården og langs Signaldalselven, der det går en tursti på 3 km som starter fra hytten. Hytta ligger i Signaldalen ca. 110 kilometer fra Tromsø by. Ligger ved signadalselva, som er omgitt av høye fjell og mektig natur. Det er kort veg til høyfjellet for ski/toppturer/fotturer/jakt og nordlysopplevelser. Der er også scooterløype på vinterstid. Hytta har strøm, innlagt vann og badstu. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert Det finnes et godt utstyrt kjøkken med bl.a. komfyr, micro, brødrister og vannkoker. Nærmeste butikk (Hatteng) samt en grillbar ligger 6 km fra hytta .

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains.
