Scandi meets Scotia at this simple yet stylish cottage which.sits on both the Kintyre 66 route and the Kintyre Way walking route. There are 2 incredible beaches within walking distance of the cottage as well as amazing scenery. Island hopping adventures abound with 4 ferries within a short drive offering day trips to Gigha, Islay, Jura, Arran and Cowal.

Enjoy stunning sea views towards Islay, Jura and Gigha from this peaceful stone-built cottage on the Kintyre Peninsula. Just 5 minutes from the Gigha ferry and 20 minutes from Islay ferries, it’s a perfect base for exploring Scotland’s West Coast. A 10-minute walk from the shore and Beacharr Standing Stone, the cottage offers direct access to coastal paths and surrounding landscape. Sleeping four, it’s ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists and remote workers seeking a relaxed coastal escape.

The Anchorage, Family Friendly,Views, plus Kayaks

The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Stable Cottage is situated in a beautiful location in what is known as, “The Pearl of Scotland”. The cottage is over 200 years old and has been converted from an original stable used by the horses working on the Crinan Canal. It is in pristine condition having recently undergone extensive renovation. It is a perfect location for all outdoor activities and a perfect base for exploring this beautiful region of Scotland. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. There's a lovely shingle beach at the foot of the lane and miles of secluded forest walks and cycle rides on the doorstep - the perfect base to escape the crowds and enjoy the beautiful west coast of Scotland.

A beautiful one-bedroom private traditional stone cottage, The Steading is a self-contained cottage just across the courtyard from our main house. It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.
