Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers and horseshoe. Dogs are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced with barbed wire. We have a Baby crib and Highchair for our littlest friends. 2 cots are available in master closet. Gas and charcoal grill is available, just bring the charcoal!

Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
