Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The Conner Lodge is located in the Foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains and offers a country setting with mountain view. The lodge accommodates up to six guests in your group offering 3 separate bedrooms, great room with sleeper & kitchenette, bathroom, game room/pool table and large private outdoor patio with large fire pit area. Minutes from the lake & 20 minutes from The Dragon. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge less than an hour away. Large paved drive for boats, motorcycles, and trailers.

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Just a short drive from the traffic light in Tellico Village. Your spacious accommodations are the full lower level of this golf front lakeview home. Remodeled with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating, firepit area and Waterfall! Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. (Host lives on main level. No smoking, pets or children<12. Suite is down a flight of stairs inside)

Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Renovated Train Car Tiny Home Near Smoky Mountains

Hop inside this time capsule dating back to WWII. Platform1346 is a renovated troop train kitchen car that sits on the family's flower farm and is adjacent to the Smoky Mountains. It has been showcased on television on The Design Network's "Tiny Bnb" and websites like the Travel Channel and NBC's Today Show, countless TikTok's, YouTube and IG videos and also news outlets all over the world! You read that right. The producer loved the cabin and the view so much that 15 minutes of the Hallmark movie, “Love in the Great Smoky Mountains: A National Park Romance,” was filmed at this cabin. Spring & summer are coming! Don’t miss the chance to experience the beauty of the Smokies without all the commotion and traffic of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Need more space?
